Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team focuses on generating new business through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business. BDRs support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research, generating millions of dollars of new business pipeline each year.Day to Day Responsibilities:Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunitiesManage inbound leads driven by outbound effortNurture early-stage opportunitiesGain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customersPartner with core seller to identify and source net new pipelineAlign with internal account teamIdentify key decision makers within new accountsPreferred Qualifications:1-2 years experience in business development, sales or related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold callingProven track record of achieving sales metricsWorking at Salesforce:Working at Salesforce isn't all about selling.
