Sales Organization Description:Our Sales Organization is made up of various business segments. Within these segments, teams sell across multiple verticals, including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, Communications Media & Technology, Consumer Business Services, Public Sector, and Professional Services. Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team focuses on generating new business through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business. You will work in a fast-paced team with varied customers and personalized training and career opportunities.

Within the BDR role, we support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. Day to Day Responsibilities:Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunitiesManage inbound leads driven by outbound effortsNurture early-stage opportunitiesGain interest through outbound cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and breaking into new accounts in assigned territoryPartner with core sellers to identify and source new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personasAlign with internal account teamIdentify key decision-makers within new accountsPreferred Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; think out-of-the-box and deliver quality workExperience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accountsProven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year-over-year quota attainmentWorking at Salesforce:
