You will provide professional technical support services to the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Business Process Management Office (BPMO) to identify and develop key business areas and processes that require improvement. To ensure success in this position, you should have a great understanding of different types of technology that are involved in change management, detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and ability to identify and develop process strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.Program Management Analyst responsibilities:Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes related to OCIO federal acquisitions, and budgeting to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement business process reengineering strategies to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce redundancies in OCIO federal acquisition, and budgeting.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of OCIO federal acquisitions, and budgeting, ensuring clear and consistent guidelines are established and followed.Assist in policy development and documentation for OCIO federal acquisitions, and budgeting, aligning them with regulatory requirements and best practices.Provide training sessions and workshops to educate OCIO federal employees on the updated SOPs and policies, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to the new processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring the developed solutions meet the specific needs and challenges faced by the OCIO.Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the reengineered processes and policies, identifying opportunities for further improvement and making necessary adjustments.Offer expertise and guidance in change management to facilitate the successful implementation of process reengineering initiatives.Provide ongoing support and consulting services to address any issues or challenges related to business process reengineering, SOPs, and policy development for OCIO federal acquisitions, and budgeting.Generate detailed progress reports, including metrics and key performance indicators, to track the impact of the reengineering efforts and demonstrate the value added to the federal organization.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in federal acquisitions, budgeting, and human capital management, and apply relevant insights to continuously enhance the support services provided.Required Qualifications:2 + years of experience with IT projectsExperience developing complex reports and dashboards (preferred)Strong experience in the IT and understanding of different technologies involved in change management including: different environments, networking, internet, application servers, and cybersecurity topicsProficient with SharePoint, Remedy, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office suite of productsAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearanceExperience developing complex reports and dashboards using MS Power BI.
