The Evening & Weekend MBA Program Associate Director is responsible for a broad range of activities that support students at the Haas School of Business.Academic Advising: Advise faculty and students on Haas and UC Berkeley policies and procedures; review students' progress and advise on requirements for MBA degree completion; identify students with progression problems and recommend interventions; and track student interactions and important documents.Academics Team: Support the EWMBA enrollment process by creating registration events in the Haas Online Registration tool; gather information from faculty about syllabus and course description; create resources that support course research and explain steps of enrollment.Plan, design, and provide workshops for students, such as information about the organization, or academic strategies and enrichment programs.Execute strategic initiatives and ideas designed to enhance the student experience, both inside and outside of the classroom.Uses outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide information to faculty, students, and staff.Responsible for interpreting organization policies and advising students and faculty on student conduct, student grievances, disputes, and issues regarding discrimination.Manages key curricular partnerships across campus.Manages key curricular partnerships at Haas.Other duties as assigned.Professional Learning and Growth

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree education, counseling, business or related area and/or equivalent experience/training.Salary & Benefits

This is a 100% full-time (40 hrs a week) exempt career position, which is paid monthly and eligible for UC Benefits.How to Apply
