ServiceNow HRSD platform , using it as the cornerstone to revolutionize our HR services. Your mission will be to create an associate experience that is as innovative as our company, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.As the Director of HR Operations at Lennar, you will be responsible for growing, leading and transforming our HR Operations which encompasses HR service delivery, process documentation and execution, knowledge management, payroll, and audit.Reporting to the VP of HR, you will lead a team and play a part in fostering a performance-driven, associate and service-centric environment that is in line with Lennar’s core values.Your Responsibilities on the TeamChampions a progressive shared services strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, with a strong focus on HR Systems and technological innovation.Provides strategic direction in evolving HR technologies and People systems, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.Builds and manages the HR operational infrastructure focusing on scalable and centralized support models to enhance agility and efficiency.Fosters strong relationships and partners with HR leaders and COEs to continuously refine existing HR processes and systems to pinpoint standardization and automation opportunities, tailoring solutions to accommodate local regulations and specificities.Leads the HR Operations Tier 1 and 2 teams and cultivates an environment of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative effort.Creates and leads a new HR Knowledge Management function to ensure that global processes, SOPs, guidelines, and policies are documented, ensuring they are structured in a way that optimizes and enables AI-driven enhancement and integrations.Creates and monitors HR Ops Dashboards and provides timely and accurate data on quality HR processes and systems; identifies and resolves issues before they impact the business.Transforms our payroll by devising and deploying effective strategies leading to an evolution of the payroll team’s practices toward industry-leading practices and technology.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations or HR technology, with a focus on strategic planning and process optimization.ServiceNow HRSD experience preferred.PHR/SPHR certified preferred.Experience with establishing new HR processes and identifying/implementing innovative HR digital solutions.Strong experience in change management, with a proven track record of effectively implementing large-scale organizational changes.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to balance tactical and strategic responsibilities.Strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the capability to influence and collaborate across all levels.Life at LennarAt Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
