Provide technical support in areas such as isolation and purification of human lymphocyte subpopulations using magnetic bead and flow cytometry separation techniques.Perform functional assays of human T lymphocyte and dendritic cell function in tissue culture.Maintain long-term cultures of human lymphocytes.Assist with analysis of expression of cell surface antigens on human lymphocytes using flow cytometric techniques.Assist with analysis of gene expression in human T lymphocytes by PCR.Assist with analysis of protein expression by Western blot technology.Use laboratory equipment and apparatus to perform standardized and specialized tests.Use computers and electronic equipment to collect and process laboratory data.Perform a wide variety of procedures and techniques which may include, but are not limited to: mononuclear cell extraction from peripheral blood and human tissue, high-dimensional flow cytometry, functional studies of immune cells, DNA/RNA/protein isolation and purification from a variety of sources, DNA sequencing, gene expression analysis including RNAseq and other advanced techniques, ELISA, cell culture, histology, etc.Maintain detailed records of experiments and their results and prepare the information resulting from these experiments for reports.Maintain laboratory, including ordering and organizing supplies and samples.Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher is required.Minimum of two years of work experience post degree in a research laboratory setting is required.Professional verbal and written communication.Ability and willingness to work on a team.Experience working with MS Office Suite programs.Ability to work flexible hours when experimental needs require it.CAMRIS International LLC offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.
