There's never been a better time to work for BECU.PAY RANGEThe Target Pay Range for this position is $188,700.00-$230,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $146,900.00 - $272,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:As the Director of Product Management – Digital Originations, you’ll be at the heart of BECU’s digital transformation. You’ll oversee critical projects and strategies, ensuring our digital initiatives align with BECU’s growth goals and member needs.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop the Vision:

Create and steer the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Membership and Product Origination, ensuring alignment with BECU’s goals and member needs.Oversee Complex Projects:

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale business and systems projects, guiding your team through decision-making and project management.Drive Continuous Improvement:

Gather and evaluate feedback to enhance products and services. Identify opportunities for growth and integrate these insights into BECU’s long-term strategies.Lead Digital Strategy:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement product marketing initiatives, responding to market changes and identifying strategies to address penetration gaps.Bring Industry Knowledge:

Provide thought leadership on competitive trends and emerging tools. Establish connections with industry partners to enhance our capabilities and drive innovation.Drive Human-Centered Thinking:

Ensure that research, concept development, and product delivery are focused on improving member and employee experiences.Measure and Drive Success:

Define metrics to track the success of digital products and capabilities. Continuously assess and refine strategies based on insights and lessons learned.Manage Financials:

Oversee financial projections, budget reporting, and expense approvals to ensure financial health and alignment with strategic objectives.Mentor:

Offer guidance and support across all levels of the organization, facilitating information sharing and fostering a collaborative environment.Coach:

Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.Perform Additional Duties:

Be acknowledged for your contributions and the impact you make.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.Minimum 8 years of product management or equivalent experience required.Minimum 5 years of people management experience required.Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle required.Experience proactively identifying business and customer needs and opportunities, overcoming barriers, and formulating solutions with minimal supervision.Experience leading cross functional teams.Experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.Desired Qualifications:Advanced degree preferred.Experience working in the Financial Services industry.JOIN THE JOURNEY:Ready to make an indelible impact?
