Director of Security and Safety

is responsible for leading and developing the Security and Safety department, ensuring that our standards of security, safety, and guest service remain unsurpassed. You will oversee the implementation of all safety and security programs and initiatives, safeguarding the well-being of our guests and team members while protecting our hotel and property. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:Direct and administer all Safety and Security operations and functions, including preserving the safety and security of guests, team members, and the facility, safe work practice promotion, OSHA compliance, safety incentive programs, and department management.Direct and administer the patrol of the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities.Direct response to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.Serve as primary liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement.Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation.Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely manner.Monitor and develop team member performance, including providing supervision and professional development.Recruit, interview, and train team members.The salary range for this leadership role is $100,000 - $110,000 based on applicable and specialized experience and location.What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
