The CFO’s role is a balance of strategic planner, change catalyst, optimizer, and steward of the organization. The CFO reports to the COO and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, frequently interacting with the Clover Board of Directors.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement overarching financial strategies that align with business objectives. Actively participate in functional, cross-functional, and Executive Teams, shaping key decisions and policies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analyses efforts to support organizational goals.Reporting:

Regularly deliver incisive financial reports. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and oversee fiscal reporting, including financial statements preparation.Investment Management:

Manage banking and investment functions and vehicles to maximize returns and minimize risks.Auditing and Internal Controls:

Develop and maintain robust systems to safeguard financial assets and oversee various financial awards. Supervise independent auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.Team Leadership:

Cultivate a high-performing financial team. Promote a culture rooted in transparency and ethics.Governance Support:

Support the Financial & Asset Management and Audit Committees of the Clover Board of Directors and Clover Foundation.Qualifications and Skills:Expertise in Accounting:

Strong knowledge of accounting and fiscal management with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.Fund Accounting Proficiency:

Skilled in fund accounting principles and effective communication.Collaborative Spirit:

Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.Client-Focused:

Responsive to the needs of clients, including funding organizations, Clover’s Boards of Directors, and community partners.Adaptability:

Capable of managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing workloads efficiently, and adapting to changing conditions.Business Acumen:

Skilled in fostering business opportunities and partnerships to enhance financial stability.Role Model:

Adherence to agency policies and a commitment to serving as a role model within and outside the organization.Tech Savvy:
