Title : IT Management Lead

Location : Washington, DC

DescriptionS2i2 is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Management Lead to oversee the strategic direction, development, and management of our IT infrastructure and services. The idealcandidate will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, managing IT teams, and ensuring the effective operation of IT systems across the organization. As the ITManagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the security and reliability of our IT environment.

Responsibilities :

Comply with all Federal, United States Mint, and Department of the Treasury policies, standards, and regulations applicable to the IT Management Services.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Management Manual that has been approved by the United States Mint, containing the actual operational and procedural standards that will be used in the delivery of the Services under this Statement of Work.

Provide timely creation, updating, maintenance, and provision of all appropriate project plans, project time and cost estimates, technical specifications, management documentation, and management reporting in a form/format that is acceptable to the United States Mint for all Service Area projects and major Service activities.

Monitor and audit management performance.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

15 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant field.

Program Management Professional (PMP)

ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification

Technical, Project and Operation Management of data center, data network, communication services and change management services.
