From Division I stadiums, pools, tracks, and training spaces to large municipal baseball, softball and soccer fields, we champion award-winning, creative solutions and designs that generate the most inspiration and value. We combine in-house architecture, landscape architecture, and full engineering capabilities into a single comprehensive package.The Senior Sports Architect has broad knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas and knowledge of principles and practices in related specialties. The Senior Sports Architect plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of complex projects. The Senior Sports Architect manages, coordinates, and mentors junior staff and project level employees. Additional duties in this role include:Designing buildings, preparing bids and project proposals and completing projects from design through constructionDetermining project objectives and requirementsEnsuring government regulations and zoning codes are followed and adhered toDemonstrating creativity, foresight and solid architectural judgement in solving problemsPreparing 2D & 3D presentationsManaging all aspects of client relations including attending regular meetingsTraveling as neededOther duties as assignedAt CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams. Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 15 years of related professional experienceRegistered Architect license is requiredLEED accreditation is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit and/or AutoCADKnowledge of Photoshop and Sketchup is preferredExceptional verbal, written and graphic communication skillsAbility to work and lead in a team environmentDemonstrates good interpersonal and leadership skillsFamiliar with QA/QC proceduresStrong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsUnderstands business practices and laws related to architectureSALARY RANGE:

$95,000 - $116,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.CULTURE/EEO STATEMENT
