Job descriptionWe are looking for a competent Enterprise Field Sales for WeBox Work to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in field sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Job SummarySell WeBox work meal program from small-size to large-size enterprise businesses focusing mainly on flexible work meal solutions including Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver door-to-door sales presentations that demonstrate the service of WeBox's e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, professional logistics, and great customer service. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position WeBox work meal program in the marketplace.

Core ResponsibilitiesLeverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with enterprise companiesManage negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including sustainable economics for both partiesClearly communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospectsAchieve and consistently exceed KPIPartner with our operation and customer success team to smoothly serve the best merchantsDevelop long-term relationships with key in-region partners with door-to-door strategyAct as an ambassador of WeBox's vision, mission, brand, and productProactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings

Requirements1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions

PreferredOutstanding work ethic and attention to detailWillingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest-value partnersExcellent communication and sales skillsStrong critical thinking ability
