A few details about the role:
Drive sales productivity, census, and occupancy for assisted living and health centers at each community.
Supervise, train, mentor, and promote sales and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.
Develop and execute admissions and public relations plans for assisted living and health centers to achieve optimal admission/census goals and meet or exceed projections.
Develop, implement, and maintain a health center marketing plan, focusing on the prescribed occupancy/census levels for each category of Medicare and private pay residents to maximize revenue.
Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referrals.
Manage the different health care payor sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, and private pays; and correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace overall.
Lead the development and implementation of turnaround action plans for struggling properties. Assist in diagnostics marketing audits of troubled communities and create plans to increase occupancy/revenue.
And here's what you need to apply:
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Eight to ten years' experience.
Strategic marketing experience within the clinical care levels of continuing care retirement environments is required.
