Drive sales productivity, census and occupancy for assisted living and health centers at each community.Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor and promote sales and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.Develop and execute admissions and public relations plans for assisted living and health centers to achieve optimal admission/census goals and meet or exceed projections.Develop, implement, and maintain a health center marketing plan, which will focus on the prescribed occupancy/census levels for each category of Medicare and private pay residents to maximize revenue.Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referral.Manage the different health care payor sources to include Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMO's and private pays; and can correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace overall.Lead the development and implementation of turn-around action plans for struggling properties. Assists in diagnostics marketing audits of troubled communities and create plans to increase occupancy/revenue.And here's what you need to apply:

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related fieldEight to ten years' experience.Strategic marketing experience within the clinical care levels of continuing care retirement environments is required.
