About the Job:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Support Lead for our Midstream and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will handle daily support tasks and address issues within the Midstream and Marketing operations. You will also oversee the coordination of scheduled ETRM system deployments and work closely with the Marketing Systems team to develop and implementETRM application enhancements. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and driving improvements to increase efficiency in the day-to-day operations support model.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical support for the ETRM system to keep it running smoothly.Work with trading and risk management teams to find and fix issues quickly.Keep the ETRM system up-to-date and running efficiently.Create and update technical documentation for the ETRM system and related systems.Work with other IT teams to ensure the ETRM system integrates well with other systems and applications.Help test and implement new features and upgrades for the ETRM system.
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.2-5 years of experience supporting an ETRM system (like Allegro, RightAngle, or Endur).Experience with tools or technologies such as Visual Studio, C#.NET, SSRS, MS SQL Server, Oracle, IIS Management, or ASP.NET.
Nice to Have:
Experience with agile boards and working in agile teams.Experience planning deployments and sharing plans, dependencies, and risks.
