Job Description:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the restoration industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, property managers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Educate potential clients on the value of our restoration services and how we can meet their specific needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their restoration needs and present customized solutions.

Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow-ups.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project execution.

Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the restoration or related industries.

Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Comfortable with setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes and community events in a group setting.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
