We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer who is ready to be working within our Scaled Agile Framework, you will be responsible for the design, development, quality, delivery, support, and adoption of strategic analytics solutions.
A successful candidate is one who thrives as a mentor, collaborator, organizer, and quality evangelist: she/he will lead efforts to optimize our delivery processes while simultaneously keeping the existing production processes humming.
Technology Stack: Power BI, Tableau, MS SQL Server
Qualifications
10+ years of BI/IT background
Minimum 5-8 years of Power BI experience
Required deep understanding of reporting/dashboard concepts and data visualization best practices
Required hands on experience in Power BI Service & Power BI Desktop
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Required ability to effectively coordinate work and communicate across disparate groups of individuals, teams, and levels in the organization for both technical and non-technical matters
Required attention to detail in a dynamic work environment balancing multiple projects and work activities
Required demonstrated ability to write complex DAX expressions for data modeling, analysis, and reporting within Power BI.
Ability to wrangle and combine data from a variety of sources
Deeply versed in the Microsoft Power BI environment
Have an acute awareness and adherence to Data Modelling best practices
Must display daily Integrity, Ownership, self-Accountability, and Urgency with all tasks/projects
Must contain strong communication, people, leadership and analytical skills
Strong sound business judgment, ethics, and professionalism
Education:
Bachelors Degree
