Direct client account management and establish robust internal and external communication to ensure strong client relationships, retention, and successful campaign deliveries.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to reach those goals.Full ownership of client accounts project management; overseeing all active tasks, managing rolling priorities for the team, and moving initiatives forward.Coordinate campaign setup process including organizing and retrieving creative assets, building out ad copy, and QAing previews before launch.Assist the Finance team in the invoicing process.Create, edit, and present materials for internal and external meetings.Identify and upsell new opportunities and initiatives contributing to clients' goals.Can navigate biddable media channels and speak to all channels' capabilitiesUnderstanding of AdOps needs on new and existing clients & able to communicate to AdOps clearlyAble to multitask multiple accounts, deliverables, account teams, and delegation to junior team members

Performance Reporting:

Generate analysis reports detailing campaign performance metrics, including budgets, and media placements.Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.

Digital Marketing Training

Participate in training programs to build up knowledge in various paid media areas and bring value to clients.
