Logik.io was founded in 2021 by Christopher Shutts (CEO of Logik.io) and Godard Abel (Executive Chairman) who together co-founded BigMachines in the early 2000s, a company that defined the CPQ space, and was acquired by Oracle in 2013.

Godard also went on to build another CPQ pioneer, Steelbrick, which he successfully sold to Salesforce in 2016 for $360M. In addition to his chairman role at Logik.io, Godard is currently also the CEO and Executive Chairman of G2

Logik.io provides what we call a "Commerce Logic Engine"- a solution that supercharges CPQ and Commerce platforms with an advanced product configuration engine that helps sellers sell more effectively, and helps buyers buy easier. Our engine governs the logic, rules, and recommendations that direct how products can and should be configured and sold, helping businesses drop the manual and custom-built solutions they normally use to augment their quoting and eCommerce tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesProactively develop and implement advanced strategies tailored specifically for our top Enterprise EMEA accounts, focusing on driving significant growth and market penetration.Collaborate closely with the Director of EMEA Sales to identify, cultivate, and close high-value opportunitiesServe as a mentor to the BDR team by sharing best practices, providing guidance on complex sales scenarios, and supporting their professional development to enhance overall team performance.Can work adjusted hours 2-3 times a week to support the EMEA territory. Preferably being able to start at 7 am CST.Source new business opportunities by promptly following up with inbound leads who are engaging with the Logik.io brandWork closely with account executive to create target lists and strategies to engage key accountsManage your own day and week to hit activity goals including outbound emails, calls, and social messagesThoroughly research key accounts and prospects to tailor and personalize outreach to maximize engagementDevelop a mastery over Logik.io messaging, positioning, persona-based value-props, and industry-based value-props to create compelling outbound messages that speak directly to prospect pain pointsKeep CRM up to date with all sales activities, meetings set, meeting details, and opportunities createdSupport marketing and sales campaigns to drive education and awareness of the Logik.io brand and value propositionAbout You

1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development requiredFolks looking to break into tech for the first time from another field also encouragedSomeone who is a self-starter, hungry, and motivated by achieving resultsSomeone who is coachable and will improve on their workDemonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with VP, Director, and C-Suite executives, understanding their priorities and tailoring communication to address their specific needs and pain points.Experience with startups and software is a bonusExperience with manufacturing or complex products is a bonusStrategic thinker, tactical doer- someone who can think big, but isn't afraid to dig in and do the workA great communicator and collaborator- ability to manage across multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneouslyCreative and scrappy- willing to think outside the box to achieve goals and get stuff done
