Their responsibilities often include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans. They support BDC operations with hands-on lead handling, appointment setting, and data entry.

This position pays $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Who You Are:

You are proficient and strongly understand BDC and CRM tools. You can successfully develop and administer telemarketing sales training for the dealership (i.e., email, direct mail) that produces repeat business.You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC and develop and maintain BDC labor standards to optimize productivity and serve customer needs.You are self-motivated and goal-oriented.You have the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC-related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys.You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication, verbal and written.You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC.You manage a team in ways that minimize turnover and encourage professional growth.You are a professional with a strong work ethic.You can effectively communicate with dealership staff, customers, and communications technology vendors on behalf of the local dealership.You value the customer experience and understand the importance of building customer loyalty throughout the vehicle-buying experience.You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships.You have 2 + years of sales management experience.Responsible for the following results:Assure accuracy of all Floor-Up and Phone Up database entries.Drive the store's appointment ratio to a 2:1 per sales-person result.Consistently high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by manufacturer and dealership sponsored surveys.Achieve at least a 20% return appointment result from the floor follow-up process.Essential responsibilities include:

Answer incoming sales calls and assign any appointments to available salespeople.Generate Floor Up Follow-Up One Thing Guides for the previous day's unsold traffic and distribute them to the team.Collect 2nd day One Thing Guides and make 2nd day call. Give 3rd call guides to the Finance Department.Make calls, send e-mails, and send texts as assigned in VIN for uncontacted Internet traffic.Data entry for salespeople to enter customers in CRM and merge any duplicate leads.Listen to incoming calls in Car Wars and provide BDM with grade sheets for one-on-ones.Review leads marked for loss or to be dispositioned as bad by salespeople and make appropriate designations according to SOPs.Confirm appointments as set in VIN.Follow up with the previous day's sales for the purpose of CSI intervention.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of ageEligible to obtain a Colorado salesperson licenseMust possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle recordAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substancesAuthorized to work in the United StatesPrior automotive experience in sales
