Job Description

The Sales Coordinator assumes a pivotal role, providing support for the remote and on-site group sales team for The Dunlin. This role curates a seamless experience.Builds group leads into our system of DelphiKeeps the integrity of our Delphi system by making sure things are entered correctly and kept to Home Office standardsPulls weekly reports, pipeline and productivity as well as monthly reports on productionHelps prospect for new group business, lead generatorAssists Sales Managers with addendums, contracts and site toursConfirms reservations, upgrades and amenities for site tours and sales notable guestAdditional Benefits:
