This is an onsite position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the wholesale selling process through tradeshow coordination, facilitating ongoing prospecting efforts, maintaining customer contact lists, delivering sales reports and enthusiastically engaging with internal and external parties as needed. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

About the Role:

Support the sales team through Men's Specialty and Outdoor distribution channels by assisting with inquiries, reorders, order tracking, and more.Dedicated to maintaining an in-depth understanding of our brand, product offerings, and lifestyle, while demonstrating the ability to connect these elements to effectively engage with our customers.Coordinate trade show logistics, including sample management.Assist with trade show and trunk show appointment scheduling and execution.Ship promotional materials to current and prospective accounts.Monitor and address monthly wholesale orders that require corrections or updates, in partnership with customer service.Seasonally create and update all wholesale tools such as NuOrder, order forms and price list.Aim to strategically add value by improving the wholesale customer experience, helping the sales team identify and seize opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth.Keep the team informed of significant customer updates.Serve as a backup for wholesale customer service team.You will enjoy this job if you...

Are a lover of fashion and trends.Can effectively multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Are a self-motivated, efficient problem solver, and energetic.Have strong analytical, negotiation, and business skills.Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).Are curious with a strong desire to learn Duck Head's brand and selling process.Who we would like to meet:

High School diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience in a sales or business support role.Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills preferred.Experience with B2B platforms like NuOrder is a plus.Retail and/or wholesale experience preferred.
