The Spirit of the Position:

An Ambassador for LAZ Healthcare Services is a warm and caring individual who has a desire to help others and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

What will I do?

Greet customers by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, developing a rapport with the customer base.Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic.Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.Assist with cashiering functions as needed.Oversee light general maintenance of the garage - sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.Maintain and repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.Complete other related duties as assigned.Be charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way you can.Be responsible and dependable.Stay calm under pressure and handle chaos effectively.Able to work with or without supervision.Able to communicate professionally and effectively.Open to feedback and differing opinions.Demonstrate a sense of urgency.Exhibit excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.A team player who can help motivate your team.Flexible.

Skills:

Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations.Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on those decisions.

Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in various weather conditions - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
