Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team in New Castle, DE. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 7 to 10 finance professionals, overseeing B2B Collections, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization. This role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, a strong accounting background, and a proven track record in financial management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 7 to 10 finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Oversee B2B Collections, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and ensure long-term financial stability.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations and achieve company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a 4-year degree is required).Proven experience in a finance leadership role, with a strong background in accounting and B2B Collections.Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on-site in New Castle, DE, 5 days a week.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Finance: 2 years (Preferred)Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:New Castle, DE (Preferred)Work Location:
