Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Energy Electromechanical
Location: Palo Alto, CaliforniaSalary: $80,000 - $300,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.As part of the Tesla Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) team for Energy Electromechanical parts, you will be responsible for critical component development, qualification, and life cycle activities within the supply chain. This team supports electromechanical assemblies from Contract Manufacturers plus additional mechanical and other parts for energy storage and charging in industrial and residential applications. The job involves communicating well with internal and external teams, traveling to suppliers in different regions, and on-the-spot critical decision making. The goal: delivering on-time quantities of high-quality component parts into Tesla’s production processes to enable rapid development cycles, product launches, and stable production.Apply to Job
