As the MiM Assistant Director, Industry Relations, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between ambitious students just starting their careers and the dynamic world of business. You'll forge and nurture relationships with top employers and industry professionals, ensuring our students gain the exposure and connections they need. Your skills in systems management and data reporting will help ensure that each interaction is valuable and that we can track our progress effectively. By organizing impactful events and collaborating with colleagues across Kellogg and Northwestern, you'll contribute to a supportive environment that helps students grow academically, socially, and professionally. Join us in shaping the MiM student journey from classroom to career through thoughtful engagement and innovative programming.Job Summary:The MiM Assistant Director, Industry Relations, supports the master's in management (MiM) program in developing relationships with alumni and other industry professionals, supporting MiM clubs and speakers events, and overseeing systems management and outcome reporting for MiM and related programs. This role will work with students, faculty and administrators across Kellogg and Northwestern to create, implement and lead programming designed to encourage students to proactively manage their academic, extracurricular and career experiences. It will also identify engagement efforts for 400+ students, coordinating their co-curricular experience.Minimum Qualifications:Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.4 years of experience required, with experience in client/customer relations, business development, or other related areas strongly preferred.Client services experience is a must; preferably in an environment with multiple stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in recruiting, human resources, or a career management office preferred.Target hiring range for this position will be between $72,000 - $90,000 per year.
