About The Role
The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst will manage and maintain master data in NetSuite, including item records and supplier information.This role involves conducting data audits, validations, and troubleshooting to uphold data integrity and resolve issues with IT support.The analyst will utilize NetSuite for procurement activities, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate inventory levels.The position requires overseeing new item setups in NetSuite, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications.The analyst will develop and generate reports to provide insights on procurement and supply chain performance for management.Coordination with product development, marketing, finance, and quality teams is essential to manage item lifecycle updates.The role includes conducting spend analysis and providing recommendations for cost optimization and procurement efficiency.Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required for this role.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems is essential, along with a strong understanding of master data management and item setup processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to conduct data audits and maintain data integrity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help in coordinating with various teams such as product development, marketing, and finance.The candidate should be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing master data and inventory levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
