As an Inside Sales Representative at ManageCasa, your primary responsibility will be to develop and motivate, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, with a focus on acquiring new business. You will work closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams to ensure the execution of productivity and revenue expectations. Your daily activities will involve managing outbound calls, prospecting, generating leads, participating in product demonstrations, and assisting in closing deals.Responsibilities:
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual new booking goals are met.Track all sales-related activities in Hubspot and KPIs, including call activity levels, emails, opportunity creation, close ratio, and prospecting efforts.Maintain expertise in our sales methodology, product knowledge, and property management industry.Collaborate with the team on negotiating agreements.Qualifications:
4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS environment.2+ years of experience selling SaaS and/or accounting/financial applications preferred.Experience in the Property Management Software space is a clear plus.Strong knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and industry best practices.Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and/or Hubspot) is a plus.Experience using Gong is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Business acumen.Enthusiastic and passionate.Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.Our Commitment to You:
