We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the business or vendor partners to develop plans for complex activities including Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, and Contract Management. Guide junior team members to execute activities throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects and assign project tasks.Independently complete complex analyses and collaborate with Sourcing and Source-to-Pay senior management. Represent the S2P Manager in key meetings as needed.Guide junior team members in designing, building, manipulating, and presenting spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.Prepare complex supply market analyses and develop RFP and RFI templates, pricing assessments, and total-cost modeling. Review summary presentations prepared by junior team members and advise on improvements.Develop system and process improvements to enhance the quality, timeliness, and relevance of reports. Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements based on significant experience.Lead project work streams and proactively identify and analyze the need for process improvement projects. Communicate these needs to senior professionals and management.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Broad procurement experience including procurement analytics, data architecture, and systems preferred.
