Job Summary

Seeking a creative, results-driven individual to be responsible for managing website content, analyzing performance metrics, continuously refining digital strategy to align with business goals, and developing and executing social media strategy and campaigns.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manage external website content:

Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of content on the company's external websites, with the support of the digital team, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and design system and drives engagement.

Analyze and report performance:

Monitor social media and website metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content creation and curation:

Produce engaging, high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and written posts), in coordination with the multimedia manager, that is fit-for-purpose and tailored to each platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop and implement social media strategy:

Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity.

Manage social media platforms:

Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring content is regularly posted, optimized, and consistent.

Develop and oversee social listening program:

Monitor and analyze online conversations and trends related to the company, its global brands, industry, and peers to gather insights and inform strategy.

Stay updated on trends:

Keep up with the latest social media and website trends, tools, and best practices. Serve as an advisor on social media and website content best practices across the organization.

Collaborate with internal and external teams:

Work closely with internal communication colleagues, department leads, and brand teams to ensure consistent, cohesive messaging across digital channels.

Promote positive company culture:

Create and distribute content that highlights company values and mission.

Help plan and execute internal events, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, digital media, or related discipline.

Five years of experience in website content management, social media management, social listening, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Exceptional writing and editing skills, and proficiency in AP Style.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills to interpret social media, social listening, and website metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in social media management and social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Brandwatch).

Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and social listening techniques.

Experience managing relationships with external vendors and internal clients.

Experience managing and maintaining websites and in website performance optimization and analytics.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
