Job Title: Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant
Location: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys
Key Responsibilities:
Inform guests about available activities and assist them with recreational equipment like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and golfing gear.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around pools, beaches, and piers, ensuring all areas are free of debris.
Provide guests with precise directions to both resort amenities and local attractions, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
Manage the distribution and collection of towels, ensuring lounge areas are tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
Passion for guest service and outdoor activities.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
A proactive approach to handling tasks and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Must be 18 years old and speak and understand English fluently
Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
