Job Summary
Within our Aftermarket Braking Division GRIE, you will be working with the program/product teams. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming orders, entering new orders, and making changes to existing orders. Review and enter transactional information. Performs administrative assignments, including telephone support, data entry, and inbound/outbound customer communication.
Principal Responsibilities
Communicate with logistic team and customer service teams to meet with total customer satisfaction goal
Work with customers for RFQs
Program planning
Communicate with vendors with all customers’ needs
Maintain program tracking files
Regular meetings with customers and vendors
Special project assigned
Assists with the management of larger PM assignments by performing assigned tasks and managing the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional team.
Develops planning of customer deliverables to include research, analysis, writing, document review, or task management
Closely monitors his/her assignments and ensures successful and timely completion of project tasks and responsibilities.
Monitors team progress and reports questions or concerns to the project manager.
Manages one or more smaller-scale PM assignments.
Performs additional duties as assigned required to contribute to our continued growth.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data in an organized manner
Self-motivated team player
Delivers on commitments, has strong follow-up skills, and shows consistency between words and actions
Highly organized, results-driven, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Analytical skills to understand the correlation between sales history, market demand, and forecast, then make sound procurement decisions.
Education/Experience:
Four-year college degree required
Three years of working experience
Experience with business software packages such as Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PPT.
