We are looking for individuals that have experience with research and sourcing acumen to focus on talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent that align with key company priorities. This role will flex across multiple business groups and proven experience in more than one industry or technical vertical is required. Experience with executive level recruiting in the technology field is helpful for this role.

This individual will be responsible for performing scrupulous research, industry calibration, and reference checking to make sure we are targeting top talent in the external market. Extensive experience developing and executing candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent is needed to be successful. This includes directly sourcing candidates, building relationships for the long term with an emphasis on diversity.

Experience with Office 365 and productivity tools as well as iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting app and research extensions is needed as part of this role.

Requirements:

8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research.

5+ years of experience in productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems.

Experience with the technology industry required.

Experience with executive recruiting is preferred with an executive search agency or corporate team.

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities.

Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.

Strong knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
