Salary: $55,723-69,654 plus monthly sales incentive

Position Summary:

The Account Manager, On Premise, is a frontline sales representative role. This position pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for the On Premise and Foodservice market segment. The Account Manager, On Premise works directly with local and national account business owners and managers to grow their existing beverage sales volume and gross profits.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Execute and close sales calls with a focus on value-added selling activities for specified accounts

Execute “Looks of Success” in outlets, sell and implement campaigns, and sell promotional programming/displays/equipment to existing accounts

Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts

Qualify and prospect new business leads to secure new customers and execute channel “Looks of Success”

Acquire specified number of accounts based on assigned territory opportunity

Review business results with customers

Work with customers to determine their product, inventory and delivery needs

Track daily, weekly and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations

Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets

Ensure account and customer standards are met, including proper Point of Sale execution, proper maintenance of company assets, company merchandising standards and product rotation and customer compliance

Establish and achieve equipment placement goals and achieve minimum performance requirements

Ensure customers are signed up on the company’s online ordering platform and use it properly for ordering

Work with cross-functional teams as needed to meet business objectives (Call Center, Distribution, Warehouse, Commercial, etc.)

Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude and manage time effectively

Support contract renewal negotiations as needed

Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 1 plus years of Sales experience or HS Diploma/GED with 3 plus years of Sales experience

Excellent organization and planning skills including time management

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Valid driver's license and driving record within Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) policy guidelines

Travel in the local area

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in consumer products and direct store delivery sales

Experience prospecting new business and acquiring new customers
