Position Summary:The Account Manager, On Premise, is a frontline sales representative role. This position pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for the On Premise and Foodservice market segment. The Account Manager, On Premise works directly with local and national account business owners and managers to grow their existing beverage sales volume and gross profits.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Execute and close sales calls with a focus on value-added selling activities for specified accountsExecute "Looks of Success" in outlets, sell and implement campaigns, and sell promotional programming/displays/equipment to existing accountsTransport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accountsQualify and prospect new business leads to secure new customers and execute channel "Looks of Success"Acquire specified number of accounts based on assigned territory opportunityReview business results with customersWork with customers to determine their product, inventory and delivery needsTrack daily, weekly and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectationsResolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service TicketsEnsure account and customer standards are met, including proper Point of Sale execution, proper maintenance of company assets, company merchandising standards and product rotation and customer complianceEstablish and achieve equipment placement goals and achieve minimum performance requirementsEnsure customers are signed up on the company's online ordering platform and use it properly for orderingWork with cross-functional teams as needed to meet business objectives (Call Center, Distribution, Warehouse, Commercial, etc.)Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude and manage time effectivelySupport contract renewal negotiations as neededOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree and 0 to 1 plus years of Sales experience or HS Diploma/GED with 3 plus years of Sales experienceExcellent organization and planning skills including time managementExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsValid driver's license and driving record within Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) policy guidelinesTravel in the local areaThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:Experience in consumer products and direct store delivery salesExperience prospecting new business and acquiring new customersPhysical Demands and Work Environment :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
