After their first year in the program, resident attorneys may choose to renew their participation for another 6 months to a year, join our attorney ranks, or pursue other opportunities outside of NP.In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows:Boston, MA: $135,000Nixon Peabody's Corporate Trust Team is involved in some of the most innovative financial and securities transactions, and some of the most publicized litigation and bankruptcies, in the securitization and bond markets. Our Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire a resident attorney to be based in our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in corporate, real estate, or commercial finance, securities, municipal finance, securitization, structured finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas.Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.Principals Only.
