Responsibilities & QualificationsThe Transformation Office team, located in Atlanta, is seeking a Transformation Director. The Transformation Director leads and manages the daily operations of the V3x30 central office, ensuring efficiency, constructing and challenging business cases, and aligning with organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and reach full potential of projects.

Responsibilities

Drives decision and actions – supports Portfolio Leads to build the capabilities of Initiative/Project Owners to meet expectations.

Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the weekly meetings, ExComm briefing meetings, and other materials required for the V3x30 office.

Maintains single point of truth on what is in the pipeline and what potential roadblocks exist.

Maintains single point of truth on the organization well and is proactive in finding individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocks.

Supports weekly V3x30 meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion, and coordinating logistics.

Collaborate with Regional Finance and Sustainability Leads to ensure reconciliation of program impact and forecasted impact.

Provide program performance transparency.

Briefs senior leadership on transformation for management updates and internal communications.

Validate and ensure reporting on Accolade reflects V3x30 performance and highlight exceptions to management team.

Present/support preparation of program updates during key stakeholder meetings.

Review and evaluate competitive threats in 3x30 strategy execution, including competitors, customers, and suppliers.

Identify risks and opportunities resulting from government regulation and lead coordinate action plan to mitigate risks or capture opportunities for 3x30.

Supporting with background research and analysis on various 3x30 projects and initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in strategy and/or leadership roles within the aluminum, consultancy, or related industries.

Strong industry knowledge and network, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading global commercial teams.

Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

Proven ability in strategic planning, developing, and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Global mindset and willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10-20%).

Willing to be onsite a minimum 3 days per week.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a related field.
