Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Novelis has approximately 13,000 employees in 32 operating facilities on 4 continents.ResponsibilitiesDrives decision and actions – supports Portfolio Leads to build the capabilities of Initiative/Project Owners to meet expectationsEnsures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the weekly meetings, ExComm briefing meetings, and other materials required for the V3x30 officeMaintains single point of truth on what is in the pipeline and what potential roadblocks existMaintains single point of truth on the organization well and is proactive in finding individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocksSupports weekly V3x30 meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion, and coordinating logisticsCollaborate with Regional Finance and Sustainability Leads to ensure reconciliation of program impact and forecasted impactProvide program performance transparencyBriefs senior leadership on transformation for management updates and internal communicationsValidate and ensure reporting on Accolade reflects V3x30 performance and highlight exceptions to management teamPresent/support preparation of program updates during key stakeholder meetingsReview and evaluate competitive threats in 3x30 strategy execution, including competitors, customers, and suppliers.Identify risks and opportunities resulting from government regulation and lead coordinate action plan to mitigate risks or capture opportunities for 3x30.Supporting with background research and analysis on various 3x30 projects and initiatives.Minimum qualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in strategy and/or leadership roles within the aluminum, consultancy, or related industries.Strong industry knowledge and network, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading global commercial teams.Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.Proven ability in strategic planning, developing, and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.Global mindset and willingness to travel as needed.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10-20%)Willing to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per weekPreferred qualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldWhat We Offer:Novelis' benefits say a lot about how we care for each other.
