We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our firm is looking for an Intake Attorney to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for working with clients (property owners and managers) on landlord-tenant matters and assessing the viability of evictions.About Us:

$90,000-$115,000/annuallyResponsibilities:
Assist clients step-by-step through every phase of the eviction processProvide legal advice through consultationsConduct legal research and analysis to identify and assess viability and risks of new cases and to identify legal issues; communicate the same to clientsDraft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needsConduct and direct legal document preparation and review, including summons and complaints and stipulationsAssist with occasional court appearances and client presentationsQualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:J.D. and an active California Bar licenseGeneral knowledge of civil litigationThe following qualifications are preferred:2+ years of attorney experienceGeneral knowledge of landlord-tenant legal principlesKnowledge of the litigation process and California Civil CodeSome contact with the rental housing industrySchedule:
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.This position is fully onsite/in-office.Why Work for Us?
