We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst for
a Temp to Hire Opportunity
with a Venture Capital and Private Equity Principal firm located in Chicago. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and drive process improvements across the organization. Ideally, you have a background in industrial real estate and are proficient in Excel. However, strong Excel skills alone will also be considered. If you're skilled at turning data into insights, this role is for you!This person will be on-site in their Skokie office, Monday-Friday, 9-5.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, analyze, and interpret industrial data to uncover trends and insights.Create and maintain models, tools, and databases to aid decision-making.Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and offer data-driven recommendations.Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress and spot improvement areas.Perform ad-hoc analysis and handle special projects to support business goals.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.3-5 years of industrial analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting.Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.Knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing principles, and supply chain management concepts.COMPENSATION:
Hourly $30/hour + based on experience.
