ROLE SUMMARY:We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Finance Partner
to join our FP&A team and partner with our Global Commercial Team. We are looking for a strong analyst to build and leverage data models, participate in developing sales and financial plans.What You'll Do:Planning/budgeting: key contributor to the annual budget process; lead meetings with global commercial leaders to develop plan drivers; assist with budget reviews; build budget presentations.Serve as the key business partner working directly with company leadership to report current financial status, analyze underlying drivers, forecast future performance and provide resource utilization recommendations to maximize company profitability.Lead annual budget for partnering organization and quarterly rolling-forecasting process.Provide assessments and forecasts of the department's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.Support monthly/quarterly financial close ensure all financials and headcount information are reconciled for reporting and analytics.Support Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Operation Review and Board Meeting.Lead Ad Hoc analyses to analyze profitability and develop/drive strategy.Engage with the businesses to understand the strategic direction of the organization and help to drive initiatives to increase operational effectiveness.Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities both on an org and department level.Initiate process improvements and recommendations to ensure that key financial targets are being met.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS in Finance or Accounting.5+ years of experience in Corporate Financial Organization.3+ years of experience in ERP and CRM systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Expert in Excel modeling and proficient in sensitivity and scenario analysis.Experience in corporate Financial Planning and Analysis preferred.Experience with Data Visualization Tools, such as Tableau.Experience in Life science industry is preferred.Experience with commercial is preferred.Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity.Traits: Analytical, decisive, collaborative, strategic.Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and critical thinking skills.
