Senior Discovery Paralegal

to work on-site in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.In this role, you will gain many skills, such as critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, solve complex problems, and be part of a talented litigation support and eDiscovery technical team.Primary Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to conduct legal privilege reviews using Veritas eDiscovery Platform, Adobe Pro, or other agency-provided discovery review platforms. They should analyze documents and media files, applying redactions to privileged information, and conduct searches of agency systems and databases to retrieve relevant documents or files.Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years of Paralegal experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of discovery/ e-discovery experienceMinimum of 2+ years of leading litigation projectsActive Top Secret Clearance with SSBI.Two years of experience performing privilege and other substantive reviews on litigation support projects.Two years of experience using an eDiscovery review platform (e.g., eDP, Relativity) to accurately identify and redact privileged information.Proven ability to lead litigation projects.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and manage complex relationships with all stakeholders.Demonstrated excellent research, organizational and communication skills.Demonstrated excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite Products (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), document review and file management systems.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
