Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.As a Tenant Service Coordinator at JLL, you will apply your friendly, outgoing personality and administrative skills to support our office property management team by greeting visitors and answering the phones, coding invoices, and driving the coordination of events. This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude, are proactive, and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team.Responsibilities:Regularly monitor email, phones, and work order system; ensuring prompt and courteous responses and directing correspondence to appropriate personnel as needed.Prepare high-quality tenant memos and correspondence as directed by the Manager.Monitor tenant work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.Facilitate tenant move-ins/move-outs by coordinating arrangements, notifications, and insurance requirements.Receive building access requests and coordinate access for visitors and vendors.Assist property team in the development and implementation of property and employee manual.Assist team members with property budget preparation and recurring reporting, as requested.Assist in planning an annual safety warden meeting and updating emergency procedures and documentation.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.Capable of developing effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.Being a relationship builder:Keeping our building tenants and owners happy is always top of mind. You will be the liaison between tenants, vendors, and building staff to ensure our buildings are clean, functional, and welcoming.
