A law firm in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney with over 20 years of expertise, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing legal guidance and support to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and facilitating successful business transactions.
