The ideal candidate will have a robust background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities, along with strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide expert legal counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and transactional papers.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client transactions and strategies.Oversee and manage the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and offer strategic legal advice tailored to their needs.Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in corporate, securities, and finance law.Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance and support to legal staff as needed.Requirements:Applicable Bar admission required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities.Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.Proven track record in handling complex legal transactions and providing high-quality legal advice.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:In-depth knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Excellent client-management and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.Benefits Offered:Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
