The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities, alongside strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide expert legal counsel on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction-related papers.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support client transactions and strategic initiatives.Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal advice.Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies and other relevant parties.Stay informed about changes in corporate, securities, and finance law to provide up-to-date guidance.Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff as required.Requirements:Applicable Bar admission required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities.Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.Proven ability to handle complex transactions and provide high-quality legal advice.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:Expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.Benefits Offered:Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone :
