A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney for their Cherry Hill, NJ office.Job Overview:
Position: Mid-Level Finance Associate AttorneyLocation: Cherry Hill, NJExperience: 4-6 yearsDuties:
Represent banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, and other lenders.Structure, document, and close asset-based, real estate, healthcare, and general middle-market financing transactions.Handle UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues.Assist in loan workouts and restructurings.Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in finance law.Admitted to practice as an attorney.Strong understanding of financing transactions and related legalities.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admitted to the bar in New Jersey (or eligible for admission).Skills:
