Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:- Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and priorities.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talents.- Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates.- Build a strong pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.- Evaluate candidates' resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements.- Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.- Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.- Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.- Fill vacancies for both tech and non-tech roles with the shortest time possible.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.- You may also handle other HR duties such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training, etc.- Any other duties assigned by your line manager or the organisation.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, employment relations, or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools for technical positions.- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Sound organizational and decision-making skills.- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work well under pressure.Job Overview
