Description
This role will be reporting to the Head of CRM under the IT Application Engineering team.
The successful candidate will be able to design technical architecture, develop and implement solutions that span multiple platforms including integration and authentication across systems. This role is accountable for managing the full development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions, optimized for performance, resilience and built to scale and contributing towards Verily's mission of advancing precision health by closing the gap between research & care.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem at Verily while developing a strong understanding of implementations of any related integrations with Salesforce.Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and other business teams and IT team members.Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support key business unit stakeholders.Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews.Design, build, and test scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment with 2+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning development, ideally as part of a Lightning migration along with hands-on experience with Salesforce sales cloud and/or service cloud.Experienced in building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence a large organization and grow within a team.Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder.Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.Lightning Web Components built to scale previously.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000 - $190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
