Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of our Salesforce platform, providing leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesLead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Develop Apex classes with best practices including design patterns, complex Flows, Lightning Web Components and custom Apex REST APIs.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Optimize Salesforce performance and security. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.Experience with Sales Cloud with Wave Analytics, Service Cloud along with Platform Encryption. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field plus 12+ years of experience.Salesforce certifications - Platform Developer I is required and Platform Developer II certification is desirable.Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.Adobe Experience Manager implementation experience.Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000 - $190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
